Education Strategy to Foster Creative Talent for the 21st Century
Main issues of this study are as follows. First, what are the core competencies which reflect social changes and the needs of the labor market? Second, what are the education reforms to cultivate the core competencies? Third, what are major factors that obstruct nurturing creativeness in current secondary and higher education? Fourth, what kind of future education strategy is required to construct secondary and higher education system to foster creative talent?
