This study is a follow-up research that builds
upon the findings of the 2019 foundational study
in preparation to launch the nationwide Teacher
Longitudinal Survey (TLS). This study lays the
theoretical basis for the TLS, calibrates the survey
instrument, and devises a research design for data
collection.
