To ensure fair access to education and prepare
for the future of education through a distance
education system, this research provides strategies
to establish a cyber high school and the rationale
for their establishment. With the outbreak of
COVID-19 the nationwide popularization and usage
of distance learning as well as the need to continue
public education through the national crisis were
considered. A feasibility analysis was also conducted.
