A Study on How to Re-establish Teacher Evaluation System

The study aims to review the general system on teacher appraisal for performance, performance pay system and teacher appraisal for professional development that exist for the purpose of administering personnel management for teachers, boosting morale and improving expertise.

It aims to analyze advantages and disadvantages, differentiation and redundancy of the current evaluation system that evaluates teachers for different purposes and figure out complexity, efficiency, economic benefits and emotional pressure on the part of teachers while judging if evaluation systems differently applied to the same teacher need to be integrated in the long run or if they need to be separated and divided as they are now.
