Study on Development and Management of Support Programs

for Multi-Cultural Families Educational Personnel in Local Community

The goals of the research are as follows. First, it studies the present conditions of the multi-cultural families educational personnel support programs in the local community. Second, by examining the reality of the multi-cultural families educational personnel, desires were figure out. Third, based on the results from the understanding of the desires, the research were able to come up with support programs for the multi-cultural families educational personnel, and integrated management systems.
