Research on the Legislation Trend and the Improvement Recommendations of the Local Educational Autonomy Laws and Regulations
The purpose of this research paper is to produce policy recommendations for current legislation system of local educational autonomy laws and regulations. For that purpose, this paper conducted systematic analysis for the current trend and issues of Korean Local Educational Autonomy Laws and Regulations.
At first, researchers reviewed literature on local educational autonomy system, local educational autonomy laws and regulations and cases. As a result, authors of this study analyzed the fundamental concepts, theories, and spheres of the local educational autonomy laws and regulations. Furthermore, to draw policy recommendations for Korean local educational legislation system, authors analyzed the legislative systems of the local educational autonomy laws and regulations in the United States, England, Germany, France, and Japan.
