Strategies for Enhancing Educational Continuity between Early childhood education and Elementary education



This research aims at analyzing current situation and problems of connection between early childhood education and elementary education and presenting comprehensive methods to connect early childhood education and elementary education reflecting needs from early childhood education and elementary education industry. To this end, this research reviews needs and concept of connection between early childhood education and elementary education. Further, it analyzes prior foreign and domestic studies on connection between early childhood education and elementary education, explores current conditions in institutional aspect, and presents policies to reinforce connection between early childhood education and elementary education by analyzing its current situation and needs through on-site observations, surveys, and interviews.
