President Eva Baker of National Center for Research on Evaluation, Standards and Student Teaching(CRESST) and Dr. Harold O'Neil visited KEDI on October 25th, 2010. At Dr. Tae-Wan Kim(President of KEDI)'s office, Dr. Baker and Dr. O'Neil, and several KEDI scholars had keen discussions on the Educational Evaluation and measurement system in both America and Korea, and possible future directions to solve current assessment problems as well as to improve overall educational system in both countries. Also, they consulted on their collaboration issues to strengthen their partnership in the present and the future.
