KEDI together with ADB held a webinar on 15 June 2021 to build capacity of Uzbekistani educational professionals. Arising out of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between KEDI and ADB (October 2020) and KEDI and the Avloniy Institute (February 2021), respectively, the webinar marked a huge step forward in the consolidation of a constructive and cooperative relationship between the three organizations.
By sharing with the Avloniy Insitute and other educational stakeholders in Uzbekistan good practices on STEM education from different parts of the world as well as KEDI’s research activities both from a procedural and topical point of view, the webinar is expected contribute to helping the Avloniy Institute transition to a research institute in fulfilment of its government’s five-year Education Sector Plan.
