Objective:
Higher education is playing an increasingly important role in underpinning national competitiveness through the development of human capital, research and innovation. As a result, expectations and demands on higher education, and the opportunities that it provides are changing. Also, international competition among universities for students and research is increasing. To meet these challeng3s universities need to offer high quality education environments.
The 3rd OECD CELE international conference brings together those who lead manage and design the world's university facilities to discuss how to create environments that will enable universities to remain competitive on the global stage.
