Dr. Tae-wan Kim, the president of the Korean Educational Development Institute (KEDI), and Mr. Gwang-jo Kim, the director of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Bangkok signed the addendum to the 1995 Working Arrangement in order to foster a stronger and broader system of cooperation between these two organizations. This signing ceremony was held at the Seoul Center of Education and Culture on July 12, 2010.
