Korean Society for the Study of Education(KSSE) in cooperation with KEDI, KICE(Korea Institute of Curriculum and Evaluation), KRIVET(Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training), and KERIS(Korea Education & Research Information Service) organized International Conference celebrating 50th anniversary of KSSE during Nov. 12-13, 2003 at Hoam Convention Center of Seoul National University.
Under the theme of the Role of Education in the 21st Century, invited scholars made presentations on educational philosophy and ideology, Curriculum and Evaluation, Educational psychology, early childhood education and counseling, educational policy and administration, human resources development, life-long and vocational education, and educational technology.
