As a 5-year study, in the first year, the study presented the concept of educational polarization and its indicators and indices at the individual level. This study is a second year study which aims to develop the indicators and indices of educational polarization that can monitor the alleviating function of school education and local lifelong education. Then, it also aims to create the methods to collect data for measuring educational polarization as a preparatory phase to analyze educational polarization.
