This study explores action strategies to support
literacy education in developing countries as part of
educational development cooperation for developing
countries to achieve Sustainable Development
Goals(SDGs). It contributes to ‘confident diplomacy
leading international cooperation’ and ‘strengthening
economic diplomacy and development cooperation
that promote national interest.’
