A Study on the Establishment of School Consulting System (Ⅰ)
School consulting, a new paradigm of education reform, is to pay respect to teaching profession and to help teachers voluntarily make a professional development. In recent, while school consulting tends to be shared among schools in terms of its purpose, it is increasingly expected to bring about school change and education reform beyond academic discourse(Park, Chung & Kim, 2009). Therefore, it is necessary to identify the challenging problems of the school consulting system in order for a working school consulting; and furthermore the solution and strategies for the system establishment should be provided. Based on the issues above, the study this year of 2009 has been conducted to fulfill both in the following: one is to develop a model of the school consulting system and the other is to create a consultant training program and to suggest how to run the program.
