Improving Educational Productivity and School Finance

This study was conducted with an aim to draw out a policy implications for improving the productivity of operating school finance in Korean elementary and secondary schools. To achieve this purpose, this study was conducted by broadly dividing up into two parts. First, after diagnosing the school finance structure and actual conditions of operating school accounting of Korean elementary and secondary schools, we have categorized them by school finance operating method. Second, we have analyzed the relationship between the actual conditions of operating school finance and educational outcomes, and have presented results of the empirical analysis.
