This is the sixth annual report of Korean Educational Longitudinal Study: 2005(KELS:2005). Since KELS:2005 started in 2005 with 6,908 first grade student samples in 150 middle schools, it has traced them yearly to investigate not only their learning and educational activities experienced in family, school, and social life but the cognitive and non-cognitive development. It presents a summary of research materials, tools and findings through six years. Except Learner Characteristics Questionnaire used until the fifth year, it offers process of development and validation of Life-long Goal Assessment newly adopted. Basic statistics on the educational experiences and growth was analyzed, and the effect of career education and school activities on career maturity was also investigated. We newly invented both cross-sectional and longitudinal weights reviewing cross-sectional weight estimation earlier.
