A study on Development of Outcome Model for Admissions Officer System and Improvement Policy

The purpose of this study was to develop a model for analyzing the learning outcomes of students who entered universities through the admissions officer system, explore the current practices of the admissions officer system, and find the solutions that improve the admissions officer system, in order to achieve the primary goal of university's autonomy and reinforcement of characterization qualities and to contribute to the normalization of public education through high school-college articulation.
