The Study on the Advancement of a Regional Educational Administrative and Financial Systems in Korea

The objective of this study is to propose the guidelines and plans for the advancement of the administrative and financial systems of local educational agencies in order to meet the needs and the demands of educational consumers, which requires the provision of effective and efficient educational services. By proposing such plans, this research hopes to minimize confusion and conflict between the entities of general administration and educational administration of local governments and to play a role as a driving force that initiates the development of local education. To generate such plans, this study examined the current status of administrative and financial systems of local educational agencies and the issues that those systems faced.
