Research on Development of Policy Manual for Policy Implementation and Embedment

This study purports to seek methods to develop manuals that will enable various education policies to get stabilized and embedded at school sites. Four major policies that are currently being applied, or will be applied at primary and secondary schools nationwide, are reviewed for the purpose: the school autonomy expansion policy, revised national curriculum of 2009, system of teacher evaluation for professional development and after-school policy.
