A Comparative Analysis between South and North Korea Teachers’ Role

This study accomplishes three purpose: 1) to analyze the role of teachers in South- and North-Korea, 2) to examine the similarities and differences between two societies, and 3) to prepare plans to integrate two Koreas’ teachers. Furthermore, this study is expected to lend insights into how to provide young North Korean migrants with educational assistance. Below, we summarize our study by focusing on the conceptual issues, the methods, and the final results.
