Higher Education Innovation for Creative Human Resources Development
The purpose of this study was to build up direction of higher education innovation policy as well as to seek a strategic plan for creative human resources development coping with rapid changes in higher education policy environments. In order to archive the study purposes, the authors of this study reviewed trends of higher education policies for last a couple of decades, analyzed current status of higher education institutions and carried out cases studies. In addition, the study collected higher education policy specialist’ opinions through a survey and made recommendations on higher education innovation plan for improving creativity and innovation in higher education in Korea.
