A study on Establishment Plan of an ICT-based Future Creative School

This study is a preliminary step to prepare to build and run an ICT-based creative school driven by the government. This study will provide a design for the establishment and operation of the school units in detail. The purpose of this study is to draw establishment plan of future creative schools which will allow to design educational innovation. In order to accomplish the purpose, this study explores the background of ICT-based creative schools and analyzed trends and cases of future schools in Korea and several other countries. In addition, it is practiced expert Delphi survey to predict the structure of ICT-based creative schools and to draw the main scenario. Based on the procedure, it is defined the conception of ICT-based creative schools and envisioned the design of the school. This study also proposes establishment plan of the school and challenges.
