Korean Educational Development Institute(KEDI)

Ms. Deborah Rosevear, Head of Education and Training Policy Division, OECD Directorate for Education and Ms. Miho Taguma, Analyst, the Education and Training Policy Division visited KEDI on 11th March 2009. The purpose of this visit is to strengthen future cooperation between KEDI and OECD and improve their understanding of current Korean education. There was an active conversation with the researchers of KEDI on various topics, especially teacher evaluation and children of multi-cultural families. After that, Dr. Dong-Seop Jin, President of KEDI gave them a warm welcome and had one hour meeting over tea at the president's office.
