2006 Annual Seminar organized jointly by UNESCO Bangkok and Korean Educational Development Institute (KEDI) at Bangkok from December 11 to 16, 2006.
Mr. Armando C Ruiz(Budget Division/ Department of Education, Philippines), Mr. Troung Thanh Hai(Finance and Planning DepartmentVietnam), Mr. Brahm Prakash(Poverty Reduction and Social Development Division/ Asian Development Bank, International Finance Consultant, Philippines), Mr. Luis A. Benveniste(East Asia and Pacific Region/ The World Bank, Bangkok, Thailand), Mr. Klaus Bahr(UNESCO, France), Grayson Clarke(International Finance Consultant, United Kingdom)and experts from UNESCO Bangkok office.
Ms. Myung suk Woo represented Korea and she explained and introduced highly advanced financing structures of Korean Education. Ms. Becca Jeong and Ms. Hye-young Park from KEDI, Korea also introduced Korean education and the institute.
The joint seminar ended up fritfully and successfully with the continued efforts and active participation of participants.
