Beijing Noraml University invited Dr. Chong Jae Lee, President of KEDI and Dr. Ja-Oek Gu, Director of Public Relations and Publishing Team to the Centennial Celebration of Beijing Normal University.
During the celebration, the university hold the ''President''s Forum'' on Sep. 7, and President Chong Jae Lee made a speech on ''Emerging Patterns of Relations between Government and University: Riding a Horse with Carrots and Whip.''
The speech dealt with the changing context and emerging patterns of relations between Korean government and the university in terms of governace and financing.
