Korean Educational Development Institute(KEDI)

The Korean Educational Development Institute (KEDI) of Korea, the National Institute of Education Sciences (NIES) of China, and National Institute for Educational Policy Research (NIER) of Japan had a meeting on 25 November, 2015 in KEDI, Seoul, Korea.With signing of the Memorandum of Understanding, the three institutes had meetings among the leadership for educational cooperation. The First Meeting was held on November 2011 in Tokyo, Japan; the Second Meeting was held on August 2012 in Seoul, Korea; the Third Meeting was held on October 2013 in Beijing, China and the Fourth meeting was held on November 2014 in Tokyo, Japan.

The Fifth Meeting took place in Korea with having discussions on continuous cooperation among the three institutes. The agenda for the Meeting was 1) implications of the Post-2015 education agenda, and 2) future directions of cooperation among education research institutes.
