KEDI hosted ENERP(Eight Nations Education and Research Project) Seminar on High School to College Transition during Sep. 23~26 at Sofitel Ambassador Seoul, Korea. ENERP project was initiated to provide opportunity for eight member nations(China, France, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Switzerland, U.S.A., and Korea ) to explore new directions and tasks for education reform through sharing their knowledge and experiences on education policy. ENERP Project has four different key research topics such as math and science, teacher training and retention, higher education, and high school to collage transition.
Under the theme of High School to College Transition, invited experts from the member countries of ENERP presented each country’s current practices and problems related to high school to college transition. In addition, the Seminar provided an opportunity to suggest further research questions, a new methodology, and proposals for future.
